Responsibilities
Core work includes initiative-taking outreach to current customers through outbound calls, chat, and email.
You will own the first 30 days onboarding new partners.
Gain deep expertise around Edge’s product and feature offerings and use this knowledge to help our current customers use our product more efficiently and effectively.
Use your communication and partnership skills for training and retention.

HUNTER mentality
Tech savvy required - experience with Hubspot and Intercom heavily preferred
Experience identifying where the product can impact the client and upselling
Experience with cancellation requests and confidently navigating objections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions
Self-sufficient AND a team player
