Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients to understand their WiFi service requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of managed WiFi services.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance, usage trends, and upcoming features.
Monitor client accounts to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
Other duties as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction - being a customer advocate.
Some travel required for on-site client meetings, events and property launches.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with managed WiFi services is a plus.
