Responsibilities
Understand and communicate the customer’s business and technology road map and drive teams to improve product quality, attain/maintain the number one supplier position, and maximize revenue, margin, and market share
Execute / develop the strategic account plan for various customers to maximize revenue, new product adoptions and key technology engagements
Manage account responsibilities for mainstream customers projects and evaluations to success
Achieve revenue targets while providing a long-term, sustainable, value-based relationship with Entegris’ strategic accounts
Cultivate effective relationships with customers at all levels, emphasizing collaboration to identify their initiatives, specify problems, define needs, and recommend solutions
Interact successfully at executive customer levels, as well as procurement, engineering, and process development levels to create maximum customer and Entegris Value
Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments through communication of customer situations, opportunities, and overall market conditions
Lead and collaborate with a wide variety of functional groups including Product Management, Field Application Engineering, and Manufacturing to accomplish new product penetration and protection of existing market share within the accounts
Having a broad Semiconductor process knowledge and be able to use that knowledge to uncover strategic opportunities at various customers in NA
Maintaining high level knowledge of Entegris products and applications

Required
BS, technical background preferred
MBA or business degree a plus in order to make the complex business decisions required for the organization
Prior experience of employment at a semiconductor process tool maker a plus
Experience of price negotiation/competition analysis
P&L knowledge as it applies to key account global management (i.e. Team cost as a % of revenue, samples, training, key account overall margin)
Demonstrated success in collaborating within virtual/remote teams
Proven success in a sales, marketing and/or field applications roles
Thorough market knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and services sector
Strategic application wins driven through thorough understanding of the inflections driving semiconductor device transitions and the impact to process equipment
Sustained revenue growth in the account in excess of customer revenue growth
Customer relationship enhancement measured by depth of reach within the organization, as well as executive high touch engagement
Forecast accuracy

Excellent written and oral communications in English
Strong project management skills
Ability to effectively/persuasively present information and respond to questions
