Responsibilities
Proactively manage the success of our B2B2C partners, delivering consistent value and ensuring high satisfaction with our products.
Build and nurture relationships across all levels of our partners' organizations, from Developers to C-Suite executives.
Develop deep product expertise to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities for additional B2B2C products.
Collaborate with Product teams to analyze adoption and revenue data, identifying areas for growth and increased customer engagement.

Required
3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in crypto or Web3.
Proven track record in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Experience working with C-suite and technical customer personas (e.g., Developers, Engineers, etc.).
Naturally curious, with a demonstrated history of thinking creatively to solve problems.
Strong ability to manage customer issues with poise and diplomacy.
Willingness to travel for conferences and in-person meetings as needed.
Passion for helping customers realize maximum value from their partnerships with Exodus.
Preferred
Experience with international partnerships or B2B2C environments.
Deep knowledge of the crypto/Web3 landscape.
