Responsibilities
Visit dealer customers, auctions, and industry partners outside the office 100% of the time.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing dealer customers, auctions, and other financial institutions.
Increase unit counts and utilization by understanding customer needs and building brand awareness.
Identify potential risks through data analysis, process observation, and dealer communication.
Perform repossession and collections efforts, including physically repossessing vehicles and assisting in their sale.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Willingness to drive for long periods of time
Maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license
