Responsibilities
Collect and analyze customer new project and market dynamic information.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Prepare and lead quotations for new business opportunities.
Negotiate with customers for new and existing projects.
Optimize and lead the best logistics supply chain solution.
Complete customer-specific electronic quote documents and associated forms.
Support the program team for any changes in product/process from the award of business.
Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to the company.
Support the finance department for customer account receivables and payables.
Understand company products, processes, capabilities, specifications, and tolerances.
Organize customer activities such as plant tours and meetings.
Manage post-SOP engineering changes or special customer orders/quotations/spot buys.
Perform other activities or duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with preferred major of Business, Science or Engineering
More than 3 years experience selling to automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 Suppliers
Exceptional communication skills - reading, speaking, writing and negotiation
MS Office and other Office software use ability
Ability to learn quickly
Diligence, honesty, effective time management, effective communication, innovative thinking
Careful attention to detail / detail oriented
Create summary reports, report writing, sales quotation skills
Preferred
Automotive glass experience is preferred
