Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact from project initiation to completion.
Understand client objectives, business goals, and ensure alignment with overall company offerings.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and proactive engagement to address any issues or concerns.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and various internal teams, including design, supply chain, and leadership, ensuring client needs are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage client expectations, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide weekly updates to clients on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with their goals.
Communicate recurring client feedback or concerns to leadership to improve client satisfaction and service offerings.
Maintain project platform, ensuring that tasks, timelines, and client milestones are met.
Anticipate and address potential issues or challenges that may impact client satisfaction or project success.
Work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.

Required
Bachelors Degree
Proven experience in Account Management, with a focus on consumer product development and/or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of account management principles and client relationship-building.
Comfortable upselling and cross-selling
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure their needs are met.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing both project and client management.
High level of competency working in spreadsheets, with a focus on tracking client data, KPIs, and project timelines.
Preferred
Experience in a start-up environment is a bonus.
