Responsibilities

Build and maintain excellent relationships and serve as the point of contact between partners and Greenlight

Lead partners to hit performance and retention targets

Expand revenue through renewals and upsell opportunities

Proactively analyze business performance to identity potential issues and new opportunities, then work cross-functionally to implement solutions

Set partner priorities, drive delivery timelines, and ensure flawless execution of partner programs spanning adoption, servicing, and expansion

Service partners, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure high partner satisfaction

Work with Partner Team leadership to manage internal reports and forecasts

Work with other members of the Partner Success team to develop and maintain partner best practices and recommendations

Required

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, program management, sales, marketing, or product

Experience in financial services strongly preferred. B2B2C partner experience is a plus

An ability to think analytically and support ideas with numbers and basic analysis

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of comfort presenting

Excellent relationship building skills

A strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership

Strong program management skills
