Responsibilities
Responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets and metrics.
Proactively win new business within existing and new customer accounts.
Manage customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and monitor customer engagement and sales trends.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Gain insight into customers’ needs to deliver the best solutions and manage expectations.
Execute strategies to grow business with existing accounts and travel as required.

Required
3 + years’ account management experience selling inventory-based products (experience selling fine arts products a plus)
A proven track record of increasing sales
Strong communication skills, particularly around customer outreach, uncovering needs, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation
Excellent interpersonal skills, having the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Strong time management and planning skills
Ability to travel nationally approximately 50% of the time
Interest or experiences in fine arts including photography and digital imaging
Only applicants with authorization to work indefinitely in the US without restriction or sponsorship will be considered
Preferred
B2B sales experience with inventory-based products
Based in Texas, or in the southern half of the country, with close access to the airport
