Responsibilities

Collaborate across Harver with all customer facing teams (we have amazing People Science, Professional Services, Sales, and Support Teams that work with our clients) to ensure a consistent and successful customer experience
Act as the “voice of the customer” to the Harver team, delivering product feedback and solutions internally at Harver and back to the customer
Provide best practices and prompt service to our customers
Help customers maximize value with Harver
Own the customer renewal
Identify and orchestrate customer expansions within the same product or across the Harver product portfolio
Lead customers through the migration journey, from value prop to contract signing
Ensure delivery of the customer needs while aligning to contractually agreed upon deliverables
Initiate and facilitate regular touchpoints with clients
Work in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric (remote) environment; with the mission of growing Harver’s brand and meeting customers where they are

Required

An appetite for growth, innovation, and a creative mind for solving customer challenges and delivering a fantastic customer experience
Experience with business reporting tools and analytics to showcase product value ie. Salesforce
One-three years of account management experience which includes a track record of success and responsiveness with customers
Ideally, experience with HRTech and/or Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition practices
Ability to prioritize work appropriately
Comfortable managing one’s time and multitasking across different clients
Comfortable with pricing discussions
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in English; speaking additional languages is a plus but not required
Self-motivated and eagerness to learn
Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Suite are a plus
