Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
Build a work schedule that best suits you and your customers
Make sales by maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrate our latest tools on the spot
Provide high level customer consultation
Create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies
Build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer
Provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers
Represent the Hilti brand in the market place

Required
High School Diploma or GED required
At least three years of outside sales experience – preferably in an environment with set targets
Hands-on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to our customers, using platforms such as Salesforce to keep track of everything, and collaborate with a variety of departments
Maintain a valid driver’s license – we'll provide you with a company car, be sure you’re ready to drive
Excellent time and territory management skills
Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift as much as 65 pounds at any given time
Work a flexible and varied schedule
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
