Responsibilities
Intake, qualify, and manage requisitions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for our Talent solutions service line within this key account.
Combine a strong work ethic with a best/smartest-practices approach to produce results.
Utilize your proven experience in lead generation and managing key accounts to drive business growth.
Develop long-term professional relationships with contacts within this key account.
Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, maintaining awareness of competitor activity.
Participate in networking activities such as attending user groups, career fairs, and professional association meetings, both remotely and in-person.

Required
3+ years’ staffing industry experience required; IT/Creative staffing experience preferred.
Past experience helping manage and expand key accounts that have an MSP and VMS in place.
High level knowledge on how to manage high volume requisitions in a way that leads to placements and new revenue.
Possess a team-oriented, entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative mindset, fostering collaboration and embracing new ideas.
Able to engage, consult, and negotiate at the highest levels.
Client-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
Experienced in marketing/selling consulting or recruitment solutions/services.
Well-organized, driven, task-oriented, and self-motivated.
A problem solver who always seeks to craft the optimal solution for clients.
Articulate with strong written and presentation skills.
Competitive, driven, and tenacious with a desire to succeed.
Values-driven, highly professional, and with a strong focus on quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
Preferred
IT/Creative staffing experience.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
Previous experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is advantageous.
Familiarity with the Seattle metro area’s staffing market.
Bachelor's degree.
