Responsibilities
Manage customers in a one-to-many approach with a scalable and growth mindset
In some cases, outbound customer prospecting for the development of targeted opportunities
Spearhead customer relationship activities
Maintain accurate customer account data in contact management software
Develop strategic plans to grow customer product use and uptake
Create, maintain, forecast, and report on opportunities using contact management software
Facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings specific to the emerging market
Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with needed MasterControl departments for resolution

Required
Software sales and/or marketing experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
The ability to understand, implement, create, and communicate standard operating procedures for job functions
Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), computer systems, and communication tools
Ability to complete projects by critical deadlines
Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in software sales or software sales support role
Preferred
Knowledge of the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Manufacturing industries
Experience with Salesforce
Past software sales experience
Associate degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred or equivalent experience)
Life Science or Production/Manufacturing experience
