Responsibilities
Working directly with clients, managing estimates, and being responsible for client interfacing projects.
Communicating with production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Managing budgets on the client side and overseeing invoice collections.
Setting up systems and projects in collaboration with Account Directors.
Shadowing Account Directors for the first 6 months to learn the processes.
Upselling and nurturing accounts to grow and develop client relationships.
Working with smaller, transactional clients as needed.

Required
1-3 years of experience (advertising or localization preferred)
Organized, personable, and good with client interactions
Agency experience is highly valued
Must possess growth potential, able to handle diverse clients and projects
Outgoing and organized
Familiarity with relevant software and systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce) used in the industry
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Effective communication skills to interface between clients and production teams
Ability to check-in with client consistently and upsell when necessary
