Responsibilities
Grows key accounts by building long-term strategic partnerships with clients;
Actively identifies and cultivates new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry;
Develops strategic account plans and ensures periodic account targets are being met;
Acts as a consultant to pharmaceutical clients to help them find strong, effective, and innovative Medical Communications solutions;
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of proposals and business opportunities in our CRM;
Serves as the client representative within a dedicated cross-functional account team, ensuring strategic prioritization and execution of projects;
Represents MedComms Experts at industry conferences;
Proactively stays abreast of the newest developments in Medical Affairs and Medical Communications;
Works in alignment with our core values - Care Deeply, We Before Me, Be Actively Present, Own the Outcome, and Live to Learn.

Required
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Medical Communications agency required
Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables for Medical Affairs clients
Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree of integrity, tact and confidentiality
Willing to travel to client meetings and medical congresses
Preferred
Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools, preferred
