Responsibilities
Main point of contact for the insureds, members and insurance adjusters assisting with temporary housing.
Search and book hotels and temporary housings for the insureds who are displaced from their home due to damage.
Ambassador of brand and customer experience throughout entire housing process.
Mange the needs of insureds and ensure expenses stay within the policy limits.
Educator and facilitator throughout entire housing process.
Builds and maintains relationships with clients, outside sales reps, hotels, vendors, and other business contacts.
Resolve any issues related to the stay of the hotel or temporary housing.
Input and maintain accurate records within company database.
Partnership with sales team to provide consistency in service.
Document preparation as it pertains to placements of the insureds in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
Manage high volume emails, inbound and outbound calls.
Participation in our after hours, on call, rotation.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree is ideal.
Three to five years of sales experience.
Proven experience in an inside sales position required and/or experience in apartment leasing, hospitality/hotel is a plus.
Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
Prioritize and multi-task a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills including proficiency in grammar and phone etiquette.
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency and deadline oriented.
Must be able to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Ability to show empathy and compassion during stressful situations.
Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process.
Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred
Experience in apartment leasing, hospitality/hotel is a plus.
