Responsibilities
As the Naturopathica Representative, always convey positivity and superior customer service.
Build and maintain relationships with the existing and new spa partners in the U.S. region.
Prospect and open new accounts according to established Naturopathica procedures.
Travel to key accounts regularly, working closely to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
Collect and communicate all relative data and pertinent information from spa partners, entering all relevant information into our CRM database.
Proactively implement and support execution of strategic sales and marketing plans, seasonal marketing calendar, maximizing all promotional and sales opportunities.
Ensure the effective use of marketing materials and monitor merchandising tools such as samples and collateral.
Offer marketplace feedback and suggestions.
Meet or exceed territory sales goals for existing business volume and new account acquisition and development goals.
Ensure customers’ orders are entered, processed, and fulfilled to their satisfaction.
Prepare and communicate promotional information and marketing programs to spa partners.
Evaluate, train, and develop key accounts and prospects.
Conduct PowerPoint Presentations and webinar training for seminars, events and meetings that address both small and large audiences.
Assist in development of treatment menus as needed.
Manage, coordinate, and provide support for product and technical education projects, ensuring proper protocols are followed at spa partner’s facility.
Prepare and participate in regularly scheduled web training and teleconference meetings.

Must have an insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
Travel required – 50-75% w/ overnights with three days in the field
