Responsibilities
Build and expand on relationships with day-to-day clients, and our cross-functional agency team.
The management and execution of creative executions across a number of brands and deliverable types.
Be able to identify opportunities that would benefit from wider support or cross collaboration of both client and internal agency teams.
Ensure all tasks and projects required are on brief and delivered in a timely fashion.
Managing workflow and quality of output of your own work as well as of other team members (production, design, QC/QA, etc.) by assisting in creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets.
Provide day to day support to all members of the account and project management team.

Required
Have at least 3+ years of experience working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs.
You will be ambitious and able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities.
You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills.
Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities.
