Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the main point of contact for customers

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads

Promote products and services through direct sales to prospective accounts

Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve business and scientific oriented needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs and business goals are met.

Record daily activity in CRM system and maintain up-to-date contact information for each account

Assist in trade show management, including show registration and marketing initiatives

Attend trade shows and deliver the concept of PanaSource Ingredients

Assist in the development of marketing materials and new marketing strategies

Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Develop a detailed understanding for the competitive landscape and market drivers

Ensure company sales targets are met

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
