Responsibilities

Proactively outreach to clients in the renewal process to identify needs, register opportunities in Google’s system, and communicate with Google when necessary for customer information and pricing
Manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities from initial conversation, price negotiation, order placement and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist all Client Success Managers to assist with renewals of assigned clients including communication with clients, deal registration, pricing negotiation, and order placement
Support other workers within the Client Success and Account Management organization for campaigns, renewal processes, and more as necessary
Identify cross sell, upsell, and add on products and services opportunities provided by Promevo
Meet with Google on renewal clients to discuss goals for the growth of the client and align Google, client and Promevo goals to drive success
Execute on all customer renewals and ensure timelines are met and organizational revenue goals are met
Answer customer questions as appropriate and provide resolution or direct the customer to the correct department for resolution
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Identify and route customer questions to appropriate team members for technical assistance as needed
Educate customers on the service offerings and values of Promevo to improve customer satisfaction and growth within the Google Cloud Environment and Promevo
Have an understanding of all G Suite / Google Workspace and Promevo products to be able to provide high level technical responses as well as demonstrations of the products
Obtain certifications through Promevo or Google University to expand knowledge on Google products available for sale
Keep up-to-date on recent developments in G Suite/Workspace/gPanel and communicate those updates to customers

Required

High School Diploma or GED minimum
Customer service experience
Ability to multitask, use a computer, operate multiple software systems
Outgoing personality with ability to build rapport quickly with customers while communicating professionally
Strong written communication skills using clear and concise language with proper grammar
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience with customer relationship management

Preferred

College degree
Sales experience preferred with ability to drive and follow a defined process
Hubspot preferred
