Responsibilities
Understand clients' financial objectives and provide solutions that align with their needs
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Debt resolution program to clients
Analyze and discuss financial statements, cash flow, and other relevant financial data to make informed decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client profiles, interactions, and agreements in CRM
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant financial operations
Manage a daily calendar of appointments
Prepare accounts in the calendar prior to appointments (checking for overlaps, DNQ, previously pitched)
Upsell clients to add unforeseen debts into the program (i.e., spouse/unreported debt)
Ability to combat objections with professional rebuttals
Client retention and NSF calls
Client follow-up via text, email, and phone
Schedule follow-up appointments

Required
2-5 years sales experience
Basic knowledge of finance
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to work at a desk, function a computer, and speak on the phone for 6-8 hours a day
