Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Lead initial onboarding calls with new clients, ensuring they understand the process and have submitted all required documentation, including photos and property details.
Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline of cost segregation reports, ensuring timely communication and smooth handoffs between clients and fulfillment teams.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for all inbound and outbound communication, delivering a VIP-level experience to high-net-worth clients.
Client Document Review: Review and analyze the documents your clients are submitting and letting them know if the documents they have submitted are what we need, or if they need to provide additional information to attain a high quality result.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize our systems and workflows for better efficiency, value, and scalability.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA, estimators, and other team members to coordinate next steps and resolve issues efficiently.

Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in execution.
Quick learner with technology and software.
Experience with client relationship management tools and Excel.
Background in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
