Responsibilities
Expand and enhance relationships within your book of business.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Develop a deep understanding of Rentable’s products and new features.
Work with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve any issues.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new products.
Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, facilitating the development of new features based on customer feedback.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to develop playbooks, processes, scripts, and other tools to support growth.

Required
3+ years of experience managing mid-market accounts, closing new business or driving expansion, with a proven track record.
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective sales discovery and demo meetings, and to manage a structured sales process from start to finish.
Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred
Experience in account management within a B2B SaaS hypergrowth startup a plus.
Bonus: Experience working in real estate or PropTech.
