Responsibilities
Responding to inbound leads
Meeting with prospects to understand technical and business needs
Building proposals for Rhino's technical services to match those requests
Preparing and executing contracts and agreements using Hubspot and related tools
Learning from others, engaging with the team, and asking questions constantly
Developing the technical understanding to interact with cybersecurity customers, understanding their needs and how we can help them
Absorbing Rhino's high-touch, high-tech approach to account management, taking ownership of most accounts within 6-9 months
Creating and implementing strategies to elevate the client experience

Required
Candidate should be a self-starter, with a strong interest in learning new technologies (no prior technical knowledge expected)
2-4 years customer service or sales experience, plus a proven track record of establishing accounts and maintaining strong sales growth
Comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges as part of core responsibilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Unfortunately we cannot sponsor visas)
Preferred
Prior experience in complex technical sales or B2B sales/customer service a plus
