Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability.
Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and recommend improvements to meet sales targets.
Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare detailed reports on account status.
Partner with the Business Development to explore and develop new opportunities within the territory.
Address complex client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, reviewing subordinate work and ensuring quality client deliverables.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
15+ years of job-related experience.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-suite leaders.
High attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and facility operations.
Experience working in various distribution and/or manufacturing sectors, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different operational models, processes, and supply chain structures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, reviewing subordinate work and ensuring quality client deliverables.
Preferred
Master’s degree in addition to the 15+ years of experience is a plus.
Experience with and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), such as SAP a plus.
Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus.
