Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of government agencies utilizing the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for competitive natural gas procurements.
Liaise between federal agencies, the GSA contracting officer, and the program management team to ensure optimal service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention.
Coordinate procurement participation, data collection, audit invoices, prepare findings, present savings, and enter data and information into GSA systems.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth post-auction enrollment, contract execution, and to generally optimize business relationships.
Work with government customers to leverage the opportunities presented by deregulation.
Collaborate with other Government Customer Service Account Managers to determine account eligibility for third-party supply, manage relationships, and perform associated tasks.
Act as a liaison between government customers and the operations team, facilitating the flow of information and insights required to maximize success and satisfaction.
Maintain the health of the relationship between stakeholders, GSA, and the agencies utilizing GSA for energy procurement.

The candidate must pass a background check conducted by GSA and obtain GSA credentials.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business is required.
1 – 5 years of client services experience is required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred
An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in the energy industry and government is a plus.
