Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining open communication.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client accounts.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.

Required

Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
Reliable access to a computer and internet.
Proven ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that align with client goals.
A proactive approach to identifying challenges and creating actionable solutions with comfort in managing clients with firm expectations met with kindness and respect.
Adept at managing multiple accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client accounts.
Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and SEO specialists.
A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and grow their businesses.
