Responsibilities
Client Concierge Support : Act as the primary guide for assigned dealership clients, offering non-technical assistance and directing them to appropriate resources.
Relationship Building : Develop strong, genuine relationships with dealers, ensuring they benefit from our CRM solutions.
Communication : Maintain consistent, proactive communication via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
CRM Utilization : Help clients make the most of our CRM tools, streamlining their processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving : Address client inquiries and issues with a proactive approach, escalating to your supervisor when necessary.
Collaborative Growth : Work closely with your supervisor to learn, improve, and grow within the account management team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
U.S.-based with the ability to work remotely.
A strong interest in account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Team-oriented and eager to learn from supervisors and colleagues.
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (Monday experience is a plus but not required).
