Responsibilities
Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up
Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining the current account base
Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)

Required
Foundation in and a passion for a consultative, relationship-based sales role
Comfort with CRM & inventory tracking software (Epicor)
Knowledge and experience with plastics, distribution, fabrication, and supply chain
High caliber communication skills
Thrives in a team environment
A strong desire to learn and grow
Socially perceptive and agile to adjust to customer’s needs
