Responsibilities

Handling adds/terms/changes on the various insurance websites.

Working with TPA's to assist with administering COBRA.

Reconciling open enrollment spreadsheets with the carriers.

Assisting clients with claims and billing issues.

Required

Must have a minimum of three years experience in a similar job

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills is a must

Knowledge of insurance products and services - specifically, NY and NJ small group carriers -- although we work in many other states, those are the primary ones.

Must have experience working in benefit admin portals: Ease, Employee Navigator, and/or Bernie Portal.

Proficiency in Microsoft products

Proficiency in CRM software - we use S

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
