Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with potential clients. Potential clients are business owners who are considering selling their businesses
Within a CRM, update and maintain notes after all interactions with potential clients
Within a CRM, create and implement strategy for each potential client
Facilitate introductory meetings between business owners and potential buyers. Potential buyers are at times clients of the company
Source new leads through a proven process and develop a relationship with those potential clients
Explain the services provided by the company, to sourced leads, leads provided by the company and to potential clients with whom a relationship has been developed
Within a CRM, manage and monitor accounts both sourced and provided by the company

Required
Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Business Development skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of marketing strategies and market research
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Experience in mergers & acquisitions, a plus
Experience in finance, business or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field a plus
