Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships as the lead point of contact, including in-person visits.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and sales teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer requests and resolve issues by coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers.
Achieve gross margin targets by negotiating contracts, managing pricing, and maximizing profit.
Prioritize customer projects with internal and external resources to meet customer requirements.
Develop new business opportunities, support new product launches, and provide market insights for strategic planning.

Required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Minimum of 5 years progressive Account Manager or sales experience in the transformer manufacturing industry or related industry.
Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail, along with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
BA/BS degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Electronics or Business Administration, preferred
