Responsibilities
Work with government customers to leverage the opportunities presented by deregulation.
Work alongside other Government Customer Service Account Managers to determine if accounts are eligible for third party supply.
Act as a liaison between government customers and the client’s Operations team, facilitating the flow of information and insight required to maximize success and satisfaction
The Account Manager is primarily responsible for the health of the relationship between the client, GSA, and the agencies that utilize GSA for energy procurement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, statistics, Economics or Business required.
1 – 5 years of client services experience required.
The candidate must be able to pass a background check conducted by GSA and obtain GSA credentials.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks and assignments
Displays well-rounded communication skills that implement good listening techniques, clear, concise writing style; and good verbal skills.
Must have strong analytical skills
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Critical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage tight schedules and meet deadlines
Flexibility and the ability to organize and prioritize a wide range of projects
Ability to interpret responsibilities and possesses initiative to assume additional duties
Preferred
Advanced Degree a plus
Energy/Government experience a plus
