Responsibilities
Support sales or account management personnel in prospecting and acquiring or renewing business
Conduct research on inquiries and resolve issues by working across divisions
Communicate with brokers and clients
Assist in gathering information for proposals and maintaining databases
Prepare reports, conduct analysis, and assist or participate in enrollment sessions

Required
Must have State General Agent Insurance License or obtain State General Agent Insurance License within 90 days of starting in the role
Bachelor Degree AND 1 year of experience in health insurance / health care field in a service / sales / marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 3 years of experience in health insurance / health care field in a service / sales / marketing position involving initiative and decision-making
Organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service skills, presentation skills
Verbal and written communications skills to interact to interact with internal and external contacts
PC proficiency to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and sales system
Willingness and ability for occasional travel
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
