Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong, trust-based partnerships with SMB clients through deep understanding of their IT needs.
Navigate negotiations and close deals while identifying new business opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Account Plans, tracking key metrics and growth indicators.
Research and identify upselling opportunities, creating compelling presentations that resonate with clients.
Proactively expand our client base through referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Present our solutions effectively to prospects, addressing their needs and concerns with clarity.
