Responsibilities
Build long-term, trusting relationships with SMB clients by understanding their IT needs and challenges.
Negotiate and close deals while continuously seeking new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Create and maintain Account Plans, tracking revenue and headcount growth, and reporting results to Global Account leadership.
Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, assess client needs, and deliver compelling presentations on our services.
Proactively seek new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media channels.
Present BairesDev’s value proposition to potential and referred clients, listening to their needs and addressing their concerns.

Required
2+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry, focusing on IT services (not products).
Proven experience in customer relationship management, deal closure, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Passion for sales and account management.
Prior experience with companies offering software development outsourcing and digital product engineering.
Preferred
Experience in selling on-site or offshore IT services.
