Responsibilities

Reconciling payments, bank accounts, inventory, and bills to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

Reviewing accounting records and banking documentation to identify discrepancies

Investigating potential issues, identifying trends, and resolving discrepancies

Obtaining / entering appropriate information in the system and updating various Excel spreadsheets and proprietary systems

Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields

5+ years of relevant account reconciliation experience

Documented ability to analyze differences, perform investigations, and summarize results for reconciling items
