Responsibilities
Perform Treasury Operations tasks, including researching and posting payments, voiding or reissuing payments, and supporting daily departmental functions.
Review daily error reports, research and correct issues, and apply accurate data to the system.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure corrections are completed promptly and adhere to internal controls.
Research, void, and reissue payments using internal and external tools.
Ensure timely, accurate responses and maintain strict compliance with internal controls.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

High School Diploma
3-4 years in bookkeeping, data entry, or related work
Preferred
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and banking practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
