Account Strategist (100% Remote, Anywhere in USA)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business for Tier 1 clients.
Own 1-2 focus verticals to be the team expert. Offer ongoing training and guidance to team on updated processes and SOPs.
Be the subject matter expert for all aspects of your campaigns and provide high quality service as the internal and external point of contact for campaign execution.
Manage all pre-sales client launch and onboarding to post sales campaign execution by accurately following internal processes.
Demonstrate a full understanding of account management & media planning; proactively identifies ways to improve campaigns and overall business.
Present performance insights at client meetings and provide actionable recommendations for optimizations and incremental budgets.
Proactively identify growth opportunities for top accounts and overall operations and drive solutions.
Ensure that the client’s strategy is communicated, understood, and worked across all teams to execute against client KPIs.
Reconcile billing and campaign delivery monthly with internal and external finance teams.
Partner with Ad Operations, Media Operations, and Yield to manage client performance and pacing through partnership.
Provide mentorship to new hires and associate Account Strategists

Required
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech company.
Experience with CPA or CPC clients preferred.
Confidence and eloquence in client meetings.
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with pre to post sale campaign execution.
Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with CRM Software (Salesforce preferred.)
Familiar with Tableau and reporting platforms (GCM, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, etc.)
Motivated problem solver who will proactively troubleshoot and create solutions.
Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
