Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries.
Provide weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasts.
Use consultative sales techniques to offer expansion solutions.
Drive product adoption and new customer onboarding.
Utilize effective sales techniques to handle objections and effectively close the sale.
Work proficiently with company sales order entry systems.
Utilize CRM to maintain prospect/customer notes and opportunities.
Prepare proposals and presentations.
Proactively prevent subscription cancellations.
Demonstrate company core values.
