Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing / AOR client relationships, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Associates, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Oversee the creation and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
Track and analyze multiple campaigns’ performance, using data-driven insights to optimize current and future work flows.
Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and identify opportunities for account growth to escalate for action in partnership with your Account Director.
Anticipate client needs and address any issues proactively, offering solutions that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on client objectives, share feedback on desired product improvements, and contribute to overall business health.

Required
5+ years of experience in account management in a high-growth digital marketing and/or influencer marketing environment.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
