Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliations: Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
General Ledger Account Reconciliations: Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
Financial Projects: Assist with various accounting and finance-related projects, including process improvements, financial analysis, and reporting tasks.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the finance and accounting team to support month-end and year-end close processes.

Required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant accounting experience, including reconciliations and general ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
