Responsibilities

Educate clients on their financial position using key metrics such as gross profit, inventory turnover, and financial trends.

Ensure the accuracy of transactional data, maintain software integrations, and provide feedback to bookkeepers.

Ensure accurate reflection of clients’ financials, handle adjustments, and verify reconciliations.

Implement and monitor process improvements and communicate necessary changes to clients.

Optimize clients’ technology platforms and recommend additional tools.

Set up and manage effective sales tax systems to ensure client compliance.

Oversee payroll processes, recommend HR platforms, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Advise on inventory handling and recommend suitable platforms.

Participate in regular meetings to review client objectives, provide training, and ensure priority alignment.
