Responsibilities

Lead Month-End Close: Support the accounting team through the month-end close process, including related flux analyses, ensuring all deadlines are met in our high-growth environment.

Payroll Management: Prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries for both domestic and international entities with precision and accuracy.

Financial Integrity: Research and analyze general ledger transactions to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, maintaining rigorous controls across our global operations.

Audit Support: Play a crucial role in supporting various financial statement audits, as well as domestic and international tax audits and statutory accounting requirements.

Expense Reporting: Assist with Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of expenses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance & Accounting colleagues and other teams across the company to meet reporting needs and contribute to ad hoc projects in our dynamic environment.

Prioritize in a Fast-Paced Setting: Effectively manage your workload to prioritize tasks in our fast-paced, high-performance environment.
