Responsibilities

Processing, reviewing and distributing monthly and quarterly financial statements for assigned portfolio

Researching and answering questions from stakeholders and team members

Collaborating with Regional Managers in development of annual property budgets

Funding and analyzing various escrow accounts

Reviewing and approving draws for renovation projects

Managing cash flow for assigned portfolio and informing appropriate parties on any cash needs

Calculating and processing owner distributions

Ensuring mortgages are paid monthly

Assisting auditors with year-end requests for information
