Responsibilities
Manage 20-30 clients independently, from handling QuickBooks Online, being the primary point of contact, to analyzing what’s going on in a client’s business and leading client meetings by presenting financial data.
Handle 80-90% of the work independently, perform a self-review, and reach out to their manager as needed.
Review, train and develop their team with a constant feedback loop, ensuring regular check-ins and opportunities for growth.

Required
3 Years Accounting/ Bookkeeping Experience
3 years Proficient in Quickbooks Online (Not just Quickbooks Desktop)
You love working with clients and having a direct impact on their business
You feel comfortable talking with your clients and presenting basic financial data
You have a desire to do more than just crunch the numbers, you want to help clients understand their financials, and you want to present data in a way that makes sense to them
You have strong critical thinking skills
When you don’t know the answer, you figure out what it is
You’re great at juggling multiple priorities and like to stay busy
You have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
You are tech-savvy and aren’t afraid to maximize the tools at your disposal
You love helping people, thinking outside the box, going the extra mile
You are confident in your accounting skills, while knowing when to say 'let me check on that' in order to give your client accurate information
You have a 'whatever-it-takes' attitude to meet the needs of our customers
You have the organizational skills and attention to detail required to manage your projects
Bookkeeping/Accounting: 3 years (Required)
Full cycle Accounting: 3 years (Required)
Quickbooks Online (not just desktop): 2 years (Required)
Working with multiple clients: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
CPA/EA is a bonus
