Responsibilities

Supports Corporate Controller with all aspects of month end close and reviews

Balance sheet account reconciliations

Prepares journal entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts

Assist in the Accounting Fixed Assets process in ensuring timely processing of additions, disposals, depreciation, recons, and any analysis needed.

Prepare various financial reports provided to management, review data with operators and answer research questions regarding those reports

Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
