Responsibilities

Manage client invoicing, ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery.
Process payroll for team members, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.
Track and reconcile hours, expenses, and payments across clients and team members.
Address billing or payroll discrepancies with clients or team members professionally and promptly.
Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and address any operational challenges.
Serve as the go-to expert for billing and payroll inquiries from both clients and team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with billing and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
