Responsibilities

Processing receipts and posting cash receipts; maintaining a monthly cash receipt file prior to processing in the accounting system.

Assisting with accounts receivable by tracking deposits and payments, and helping with payment disputes and data entry.

Processing accounts payable, including entering invoices for payment and maintaining vendor files; reconciling accounts to resolve any issues.

Provide and create any accounting reports as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and adhere to all relevant compliance regulations.

Required

Have an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
