Responsibilities
Work under Accounting Manager for Brilliant and FamFluence.
Perform all daily AR Functions: Invoicing, Recording Payments, Collections, and Reconciliations
Process and record AP/vendor payments, communicate payment updates to vendors
Manage/ update weekly/monthly AP/AR, Sales, and Forecasting Reports.
Analyze credit relationships through credit bureau databases
Assist with ongoing HR and payroll tasks.
Other finance and administrative duties as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills – you will be making a first impression on our customers, vendors, and partners.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to shift seamlessly between managing multiple priorities.
Knack for numbers
Account Receivable collections experience - ability to be tenacious yet professional in collecting payments
Natural inclination to dig into the details – keep asking questions until you are comfortable with your decisions
We are a lean, remote team where each individual has a high level of responsibility – ability to work both independently and collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and the ability to roll up your sleeves and jump into a fast-moving environment are a must.
Passionate about adding value and growing your career.
Work swiftly within Quickbooks online.
Ability to navigate within Google Workspace platforms including but not limited to: gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs and strong understanding of google sharing settings.
General AP/AR Bookkeeping Experience.
Dedicated home office environment. (Company provides computer, desk, chair etc.)
2-4 Years relevant experience.
College Degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.
